George (General Dogs Body)

George can usually be found running around like a headless chicken either at the farm, in the butchery or in the office. George's duties include taking the orders, packing the orders and delivering the orders as well as running the office, farm and his technology business Miracle Tech.

Richard (Head Butcher)

Richard is our head butcher, he has been involved in butchery most of his working life being trained by the one and only Rob Johnson. He is a very accomplished butcher and always on hand to make sure you get everything you require, this might be advise on certain cuts of meat or what type of sausages are best.

Gem (Moo-bile Shop)

Gem can be found out and about in our Moo-bile shop as well as helping in the butchery, she is also going to handle all our pre-orders and arrange deliveries to your door.

Lisa (Chief Packer)

Lisa can be found almost attached to the packing machines and weigh scales on the days she works, she also assists with the Moo-bile shop. Some of you may have been accosted by Lisa at Blakesley Show or Wappenham Farm when she is handing out samples.

Adi (Freelance Butcher)

Adrian has a wealth of butchery experience spending most his working life in a butchers

shop in Banbury, he helps us out a few days a week and has very quickly become a valued

member of our team. He is a proper old school carcass butcher but also happy to turn his

hand to sausage and anything else to help Richard.

Billy (Quality Control Officer)

Billy will either be found in the butchery office longingly waiting to sample what delights Richard cooks for him or alternatively in the Flight Deck Cafe begging to sample their freshly cooked goodies.

He also attend most of our summer shows as our main meeter and greeter.

Emily (Chief Cleaner) and Willow (Chief Mess Maker)

Emily (George's Niece) can be found keeping the office clean and welcoming for all our visitors, her job has recently become more interesting as she brings her Spaniel puppy Willow with her who is very good at making a mess.
